Yes. We will help you import your data into talkEHR, for free. Including data provided in CCDA format and from other major EHR vendors.

  • Call your current EHR vendor to request for your complete data.
  • You may upload the demographics data using the data import widget. Download the sample file and match your data to the columns. Save and upload the file on the data import section. Note: Please make sure the format exactly matches the sample file. If any records are deemed “invalid” this may be due to a formatting error e.g. hyphens in phone numbers, spaces before the city etc.
  • You may use talkEHR with the demographics information (if provided) while you wait on the complete data from your previous vendor. Once you receive the data, upload the file on the data import section where it says “Import complete data”.
  • Leave the rest to us! We will merge and import the data in a structured format within 10-12 business days, and reach out to you.

talkEHR is a customizable software that can be used by any specialty. Our tools support many specialties including family medicine, pediatrics, surgery, obstetrics/gynecology and many more! You can use our ready to use, editable templates for your specific workflow, or construct your own.

Patients will have access to their personal health record through our talkPHR app, where they can view lab results, make payments, communicate with the provider, request for refills and schedule appointments. Our apps can be accessed on multiple devices such as computers, laptops, tablets and cell phones.

Since talkEHR is a web-based software, all you need is access to the internet. For optimal functionality, we recommend running talkEHR on following:

No. With talkEHR, you have no limits on the number of users or patients.

talkEHR lets you use our integrated billing services or you can use your preferred vendor. If you’re using an outside vendor, you’ll have to export and submit your files required for billing.

Yes, your talkEHR account can be integrated with many labs and imaging centers, for free, including LapCorp, Quest and many more. We do not charge our users for interfaces with labs.
